छठी (षष्ठी) पूजा एक पारंपरिक हिंदू संस्कार है जो बच्चे के जन्म के छठे दिन किया जाता है। यह पूजा गोष्ठी देवी (षष्ठी माता) से नवजात शिशु की रक्षा, स्वास्थ्य और दीर्घायु के आशीर्वाद हेतु की जाती है। इसे आमतौर पर माता या दादी- नानी द्वारा पुरोहित के सहयोग से घर पर संपन्न किया जाता है। इसमें मिठाई, चावल, पवित्र धागे आदि का अर्पण किया जाता है और इसी दिन शिशु की कुंडली लेखन की परंपरा भी निभाई जाती है।
